Aromatherapy oils are often touted as an effective way to reduce cellulite as the theory is that the oils soak in and treat it from the inside. Although there have been no official clinical trials to determine its effectiveness, it is a popular option as a home remedy. Add one to two cups of sea salt as well as juniper, sage or cypress oils to a bath and soak for at least twenty minutes.
